Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to your use of Fyboard are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration rules. For more information, see our Dispute Resolution page.
International Users
If you are accessing Fyboard from outside India, you acknowledge that you are subject to Indian law and jurisdiction, and you agree to comply with all applicable local laws.
